Miss B Haven is a 30' wooden replica of the George Crouch designed vessel, Baby Bootlegger, the two-year Gold Cup
winner of the APBA (American Power Boat Association) speedboat race in 1924 and 1925.
Baby Bootlegger's claim to fame was her ability to reach speeds in the 50 mph range. Additionally, the vessel was
uniquely designed as a double-ender with a wedge-shaped rudder, hull sides that gracefully fair into the deck, and soft, wind resistant
curves that extend from bow to stern.
Baby Bootlegger was retired in 1925 and sold shortly afterwards. She remained in storage until 1977 when she was rediscovered, restored and
relaunched 5 years later. Rumor has it that the boat recently sold for $1,000,000.00.

"Miss B Haven" has been built utilizing copies of the original plans generously provided by Bruce Hutchinson,
builder of replica Babyface Nelson.
Her lines have been meticulously recreated from these plans to give her the winning attributes of her predecessor
along with the charm and elegance reminiscent of the "Gentleman's Runabout" era.
Custom Boatbuilder Mark Treworgy intends on placing Miss B Haven up for sale on Baby Bootlegger's 100th Anniversary in late 2024.
Miss B Haven can also be purchased while still under construction, giving her new owner the ability to make final upholstery and trim detail decisions.
